RATES
- SPECIAL TARIF (high season rate April 1st- September 5th) $1155.00 A WEEK ($165/night).
- Minimum 3 nights.
- Regular tarif (September 6th - March 31st): $145/night (minimum 3 nights).
- Monthly rates based on 3+ months booking $1800.00
- The rate is the same whether you are one or two people sleeping in the apartment.
Payment Details
- 50% of your total rent is due in order to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
- We will also ask you for a $500.00 deposit in case of damage or breakages, which you can pay in cash on arrival (see below for pre-paying this sum if preferred.) This will be returned to you when you leave, except in cases of damage or loss.
- We do not accept cheques for the damage deposit.
- Bookings made fewer than 30 days before your arrival require 100% rental payment within a week of your confirmed booking.
- Cheque in Canadian dollars, (if paying in a currency other than Canadian dollars, please use http://www.xe.com/ to make the conversion from the euro sum, and send the equivalent).
- Bank transfer in CAD, Euros or US dollars (if paying in a currency other than Canadian dollars, please use http://www.xe.com/ to make the conversion and send the equivalent).***bank transfer will incur a $60.00 processing charge.
- Paypal. If you have a Paypal account please send the required sum to contact@dohmhome.com.
- Credit card. You may pay online with a credit card via Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please let us know if you would like to pay this way and we will set up a payment page for you, for the right sum. (Paypal is the globally most-used online payment processor and is completely secure.)
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival date, a full refund of the sum you have paid will be given, less a $100 CAD; booking fee.
For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days of your arrival date, 50% of the total rental charge (plus the full $500.00 damage deposit if paid in advance) will be refunded.
We regret that cancellations made fewer than 30 days in advance of your arrival date are non-refundable. If you are obliged to cancel your booking you will receive a 10% discount on a future booking.
Refund of your damage deposit We will usually refund most of this in cash when you leave, provided there has been no loss or breakage. If you have used the telephone, we will retain a portion to cover your calls as we will need to work out the costs after you’ve left. The balance will later be sent to you by Paypal or cheque. Please note any banking fees associated with these transactions are the responsibility of the guest.
