RENTAL POLICY
For stays longer than 1 week there is a weekly cleaning service ($75). Any calls made are charged to cc after guest departure. Any wine opened is charged to cc after guest departure.
- Complimentary, fair trade & organic gift basket upon arrival for one week+ rentals (Denman Island dark chocolate, Kicking Horse coffee, bath salts, etc)
- $500 cash damage deposit required at check-in. No exceptions. The damage deposit is usually refunded, in full, upon check out barring any damages or long distance phone charges incurred during your stay.
- Guests are expected to clean up after themselves.
- Check in is after 12:30pm. *please let us know if your flight arrives earlier we may be able to accommodate before the check-in time.
- Check out is before 9:30am. *while there are usually new guests checking in right after you please ask if the day of departure allows for a later check out. We will be happy to accommodate this if the apartment is not expecting new guests that day.
- No smoking in suite or on patio. As the neighborhood is home to a lovely community garden on 6th avenue we suggest you take advantage of the green space for smoking.
- Utilities All utilities are included except calls made to numbers outside of Vancouver. Please take advantage of the long distance codes (provided at the apartment) for reduced rates in North America and overseas.
- you can connect to the internet with your own laptop using our high-speed wifi connection.
- Please note: The apartment is not suitable for young children (infants are the exception) or pets. Please contact us for specific inquiries.
